Can I simply walk in?
Yes, whenever there is a free stool. The bar is first come, first served; only the flight and the omakase are reserved.
How long does the omakase take?
Two hours, give or take ten minutes. It begins at 18:30 and everybody begins together, so please arrive by 18:25.
Do you have milk, decaf, syrups?
Milk from Hof Eggers for one drink on the card, a decaffeinated lot most weeks, and no syrups at all.
Is the salon accessible?
The courtyard entrance is step-free and one section of the bar is lowered with room for a wheelchair. The toilet, in an old building, is not accessible. We would rather tell you now than let you find out.
Children, dogs, laptops?
Children and dogs yes, laptops no. There is no wifi and no power at the bar.
