Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the voucher; for vouchers sent electronically, from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us — Ora Coffee Salon — Mirjam Osterkamp e. K., Eppendorfer Landstraße 87, 20249 Hamburg, email salon@oracoffee.de, telephone +49 40 4600 2178 — by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged a fee for the reimbursement.

Please return a voucher already handed over without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal, to the address given above. You bear the direct cost of returning it.

The right of withdrawal expires once the voucher has been redeemed in full.

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for services connected with leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date of performance (§ 312 g (2) no. 9 BGB). This applies in particular to reservations for cupping flights and the coffee omakase.
